30-DAY REFUND/RETURN GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason at all, then we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return your product/s to us no questions asked. Your only cost will be for the return shipping of your product. We won’t charge any restocking fee, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price.
RETURN POLICY
We accept 30-day returns if your product is in an undamaged condition (excluding any original manufacturer defects, see Warranty info below) and including all original parts shipped with it. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us.
Please email us at [email protected] and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with a return shipping address. (Don’t send returns to our posted office address)
WARRANTY
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order please contact us right away. We will arrange for a pickup or refund you all return shipping charges after we receive the product back into our warehouse. All returned items must be pre-authorized and sent back in the original packaging with all the original material. After we verify the returned item(s) we will send a refund or replacement.
All our products carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of product.
